Hey my blonde bombshell beauts! I know we talked recently about my next step in thriving after breast cancer by entering the Mrs. South Carolina America pageant and being chosen as Mrs. Capital City America. This local title has been such a blessing in my journey and has opened so many doors for me to share my thriving after breast cancer story in hopes that I may inspire women going through this same storm. I have had amazing opportunities to share my journey nationwide on podcasts, speaking at corporate events, being a part of charity events and much much more.

It is hard to believe that the pageant is 22 days away! This is the really exciting part- the anticipation of such a wonderful event and the opportunity to share my story to even more people. The gown is bought and the hours of preparation to feel and look my best are coming to an end- all for this incredible evening! It is so humbling and such an honor to represent the 1 in 8 women who will have and have had breast cancer. I pray my platform is one the judges are touched by and that I would be able to bring this story and this message to the national stage in Las Vegas in August.
